A: Nominees are shortlisted solely based on the information submitted in their entries. Shortlisted entries are then sent to the judges to mark and score, which makes up 80% of the overall score. The remaining 20% comes from the public vote.
Q: When does the public vote take place?
A: The public voting window runs from 10th October – 7th November 2025.
Q: Do finalists need to attend the awards?
A: While attendance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it. An awards ceremony without its finalists is like a celebration without its guests of honour — the event truly comes alive when the people being recognised are there to shine. Attending also provides valuable networking opportunities, visibility, and the chance to be celebrated in front of peers and the wider community.
