Who is this event for?
Ambitious women in business who are ready to elevate themselves and their businesses. Whether you're just starting out or scaling to your next big milestone, this experience is crafted for bold, driven women who are ready to go ALL IN.
What time does the event start and end?
Day One begins at 9:30am and ends at 5:00pm on Monday 7th July.
Day Two concludes at approximately 3pm on Tuesday 8th July, after a morning of spa relaxation and peak performance training.
Will I be sharing a room?
Yes, rooms are shared by default unless you prefer your own. If you'd like a single room, please get in touch to discuss availability and additional costs at [email protected].
What do I need to bring?
For overnight guests, please bring:
Swimming gear
Gym kit
Comfortable day attire
Glamorous night attire for dinner and evening events
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, free parking is available onsite for all attendees.
Is there mobility access?
Yes, the venue has mobility access. If you have specific mobility requirements, please email us directly so we can ensure you’re fully supported.
Do I need to participate in every session?
We recommend attending all sessions to get the full Flamingo experience. However, participation is not compulsory. The Peak Performance Strength Training is a bonus extra—feel free to join if it suits you, but it’s perfectly okay to skip.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely! Many women attend solo and leave with lifelong connections. We’ve built in plenty of networking opportunities to ensure you feel right at home.
What’s the dress code?
Day: Business fabulous – think elevated confidence, comfort, and colour.Evening: Glam with personality. This is your moment – go bold!
Is payment in instalments available?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make the experience as accessible as possible. You’ll see instalment options at checkout.
I have dietary requirements – can these be accommodated?
Of course. You'll be asked for any dietary or accessibility needs after booking. We’ll ensure you’re well looked after.
Can I book the VIP Upgrades without a main ticket?
No, VIP Upgrades are only available to those attending either the Overnight or Day Experience.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may pass your ticket on to another fabulous female in business – just let us know.
I’m a Flamingo Exclusive Member – do I still need to book?
Yes – but your access is included! Simply log in to the members area for your unique booking link.

I’m Elizabeth McQuillan, a serial entrepreneur. I’ve spent the past 20 years crafting unforgettable events that not only inspire but also drive business growth.
My journey began in the performing arts, and today I specialise in creating powerful, immersive experiences that make a lasting impact.
In November 2024, I hosted the inaugural Flamingo Business Awards at the breathtaking Peckforton Castle, where we celebrated incredible women in business. The energy was palpable, and the event sparked new collaborations, relationships, and growth for everyone involved.
In March 2025, I hosted a smash-hit International Women’s Day event at Menagerie, Manchester, where the room was buzzing with energy, ideas, and connections.
These experiences are what fuel my passion for helping you scale your businesses!
