At Flamingo Business Awards, confirmed entry is via a completed entry, not just a nomination. We encourage you to nominate those deserving, but also encourage you to back yourself and enter these prestigious awards.

Before submitting your entry, please note:
- If selected as a finalist, you are expected to make all reasonable efforts to be available for the Flamingo Business Awards Grand Final on 26th November 2026.
- Attendance is not mandatory to be selected as a finalist or winner.
- However, we strongly recommend attending to maximise the visibility, networking, PR, and commercial opportunities that come with finalist and winner status.

Through the fifth question in each category, entrants are invited to share the impact they create through their business, work or mission. The judge will select one overall winner from all submissions.
No finalists will be announced.
The winner will be revealed exclusively at the awards ceremony.

Founded by Elizabeth McQuillan, serial entrepreneur, event strategist, finance business owner, and founder of Flamingo Business, the awards were born from a passion for creating meaningful recognition in the business world, with integrity, excellence, and genuine celebration at the heart of everything we do.
Now entering its third year, The Flamingo Business Awards have quickly established themselves as far more than just an awards evening. They are a powerful platform for visibility, credibility, connection, and opportunity.
Elizabeth built the awards from a desire to recognise not only commercial success, but resilience, impact, innovation, and the stories behind the brands. As a former teacher turned entrepreneur, Elizabeth understands what it takes to build something extraordinary from the ground up, and has created an experience that reflects the ambition, energy, and excellence of the business owners it celebrates.
