Hello, I'm Elizabeth - your original Flamingo!
I am a true advocate of helping business owners STAND OUT in their industry!
I have always been passionate about empowering females in business, creating a collaborative and connecting culture where we can all support and stand out from the crowd together.
This is why I founded and created Flamingo Business, which has since become my preferred community for women who mean business!
In 2017, I embarked on an 'accidental career' and joined my husband in the motor industry, which is extremely male-dominated.
I soon diversified the business and re-launched a finance brokerage, focused on helping females, by empowering them with the knowledge to make independent financial decisions.
This continues to grow and last year we generated over £3 million in sales and, more importantly, made so many women feel empowered and financially independent... and long may it continue.
But Life Wasn't Always This Way!
Not too long ago, I used to be a high school teacher, and alongside the day job, I set up a chain of children's theatre schools, which we later expanded using the franchise model - Here we facilitated over 200 children, producing shows and events.
From there, I developed a Casting and Modelling Agency, with children taking to the screen in popular TV adverts, soaps and films. Looking back, I suppose it has always been a passion of mine to get others heard, seen, and noticed.
So, from establishing a portfolio of businesses over the years, it's clear to see that creating networks, starting and scaling businesses, regardless of the industry, is my passion and expertise and I am grateful to share my passion for business with so many.
This is why i have decided to share my business using the franchise model, to connect, collaborate and grow our businesses together.
